Questions Buyers Ask First
How do electronic shelf labels reduce work?
Changing shelf tickets by hand at every price change or promotion is slow and error-prone, especially when the shelf price no longer matches the till. ESL updates every label centrally at once, so the prices always agree.
How long does the label battery last?
Battery life depends mainly on update frequency. With infrequent price changes it lasts years; with several updates a day or heavy use of the locator light it is shorter. Estimate from how the store actually operates.
