Common Questions About This Product
Where does the race timing tag go?
On the back of the runner's BIB number, or laced onto a shoe. Either way it is read by the timing mats laid at the start and finish.
What is the read range at the timing mat?
Roughly 1–3 m from the mat. The range is deliberately limited so it captures runners actually crossing the line rather than people waiting nearby.
Is it reusable?
It is single-use — a foam or paper tag with integrated adhesive, priced low enough per unit for mass-participation events.
