Common Questions About This Product
How many wash cycles does the laundry tag survive?
More than 200 wash cycles, at temperatures up to 90°C, and it withstands hot pressing and the chemicals used in industrial laundries.
How is the tag attached to the linen?
The tag is a flexible PCB encased in silicone, so it can be sewn into a seam or heat-pressed onto the fabric. Both methods hold up to repeated industrial washing.
Does it work with the BN AUTO ID linen system?
Yes. The tag follows EPC Class1 Gen2 / ISO 18000-6C, so it works with Smart Laundry RFID and with UHF readers generally. See the Smart Laundry RFID page for the system itself.
